Minimum Requirements
We’re looking for motivated individuals that are customer service orientated and ready to join our virtual workforce team to service our clients.
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to pass a background check
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 1 year of call center experience is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED
Must be available to start within 2 weeks/ 14 days.
A compatible laptop/desktop, landline phone, and USB Headset are required upon enrollment into a client certification program. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
How long is the hiring process?
Once your application is submitted you can expect to receive a response from us via email within 48 business hours to provide you with the registration steps to complete your remote agent profile. The timeframe is up to you. After submitting your profile the next steps are for you to complete as soon as possible to start making money from home.

Is this an employee or 1099 position?
No. This position is an Independent Contractors (1099) only.
Is this a full-time or a part-time position?
This opportunity is for Independent Contractors only. As an Independent Contractor, you are able to choose your own hours each week.
All agents are required to work at least 15 hours per week and you can always work more.
What kind of equipment is needed?
You are not required to have all of your equipment until the first day of certification training. However, the sooner the better.
A compatible computer (laptop or desktop)
Noise-canceling USB headset with microphone
Landline Phone and call center phone (for example an AGPTEK brand from Amazon).
